Intelligent Vision-Guided Dispensing Process
Products can be placed randomly on the machine worktable without precise positioning fixtures. The vision dispensing system automatically identifies the product location and generates the dispensing path. It can perform dots, lines, circles, S-shaped patterns, and other customized dispensing trajectories.

Metering Pump Configurations
1. Gear Pump Configuration

Front and rear covers
These components form two sealed chambers. When the gears rotate, a vacuum is created on the inlet side, drawing liquid into the pump. The liquid is then transported to the discharge side and pushed into the delivery pipeline.
The flow rate depends on the clearance between the gears and is controlled by the motor speed. Higher motor speed results in higher flow output. The outlet pressure is determined primarily by the resistance and pressure requirements of the dispensing system.
2. Screw Pump Configuration
A screw pump operates through the interaction between the screw rotor and sealing elements, enabling high-pressure delivery.
