FAQs

  • Why doesn’t the screw feeding machine run after power-on?

    Possible Reasons:
    - Too many screws in the hopper, exceeding the guide rail position, preventing the brush and guide rail from operating normally.
    - Infrared sensor is faulty or blocked by foreign objects.

    Solutions:
    - Remove some screws to allow the guide rail to move freely.
    - Remove any obstruction in front of the infrared sensor.
    - If the problem persists, return the screw feeder machine to the factory for inspection.
  • What should I do if the screws cannot slide out of the track?

    Possible Reasons:
    - The track gap does not match the screws.
    - The gate opening is too small.
    - The vibration motor is malfunctioning.
    - Screws are lying across or stuck in the middle of the track.

    Solutions:
    - Adjust the gap between the left and right plates of the track.
    - Adjust the upper and lower dimensions of the gate opening.
    - Replace the vibration motor if faulty.
    - Lower the brush in the hopper to sweep screws lying across the track.
    - Loosen the fixing screws of the right track and narrow the track width if needed.
