Possible Reasons:
- Too many screws in the hopper, exceeding the guide rail position, preventing the brush and guide rail from operating normally.
- Infrared sensor is faulty or blocked by foreign objects.
Solutions:
- Remove some screws to allow the guide rail to move freely.
- Remove any obstruction in front of the infrared sensor.
- If the problem persists, return the screw feeder machine to the factory for inspection.
