The semi-automatic potting machine uses a high-precision metering pump for accurate glue control, featuring wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and precise proportioning.
Adjustable ratio from 1:1 to 100:1, suitable for polyurethane, silicone, AB epoxy resin, and other AB glues.
Easy operation: pour AB glue into the tanks, set the program on the PLC touch screen, press start, and the machine automatically dispenses with accurate dosage, saving glue.
Optional functions: mixing device to prevent sedimentation, constant temperature system, and liquid level sensor with alarm reminder.
Easy cleaning: A and B glue are stored separately; only the mixing pipe needs cleaning, which can be soaked in cleaning agent when not in use.
